SRS Software, Inc. was first conceived early in 1997 with our primary beta test
Site up and running in 1998. SRS Software, Inc. is a privately owned company
managed by three partners, one of them a physician. The creation of Freedom
Chart ManagerTM bridged the gap between the digital and paper
worlds. Freedom Chart ManagerTM, a comprehensive, intuitive, HIPAA
compliant chart imaging and scanning software system, was developed to enhance
productivity and increase efficiency in the healthcare environment. With over
500 Physicians installed and a national presence, SRS has become the expert of
image acquisition. Our logically constructed software easily and automatically
enhances virtually any medical specialty. In fact, SRS boasts 17 medical
specialties, including cardiology, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, orthopedics, urology,
multi-specialty groups and more. Satisfied clients include the United States
Navy, The Harvard Medical School Children’s Hospital, West Virginia University
and doctors affiliated with all major hospitals in the northeast corridor.

on an encounter form is electronically scanned and edited for completeness and
appropriate coding. Once charges are reviewed and corrected, CodeScan
electronically transfers the corrected data into Millbrook's system,
eliminating the need for manual keying of data.
